XRF Rigid Epoxy is a two-component modified rigid epoxy designed for the repair of rigid composite plastics and fiberglass. XRF is formulated to work on all rigid composite plastics including (SMC, BMC & RTM). XRF is ideal for use on fiberglass parts where extra strength is required. This product is designed as an adhesive and filler on the front and backsides of repairs. XRF can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAR). XRF is an excellent rigid filler that is commonly used by the professional plastic repairers due to its sanding, adhesion and featheredging characteristics. XRF may also be used to bond non structural metal, SMC, Fiberglass, Rigid plastics, and glass. XRF bonds, fills, and sands with no pinholes. 3M™ Automotive Acrylic Foam Attachment Tape 06378 is a .030-inch thick gray acrylic foam tape with proven performance acrylic adhesive and a red release liner.
6378 is characterized by good peel and shear adhesion, good internal strength, good conformability and good plasticizer resistance. Typical applications include lightweight vehicle nameplates and trim, including narrow and light body side moldings. 06378 is not recommended for medium- to heavy-weight trim attachment.
Taff-Guard two layer intake panels are constructed using two synthetic layers of media sealed over a metal wire frame. The first layer, dry and white, acts as a pre-filter to remove the medium and large particles. The second layer, green with an adhesive, removes and retains the smaller particles.
Typically, this intake filter is installed in the paint booth doors and/or ceilings. However, these paint booth filters can be used in any standard HVAC application as well.
