Bear-Tex surface blending discs provide a higher rate of cut for increased productivity and much longer life. Ideal for removing rust and oxides, blending out disc marks, and removing coatings and gasket residues from automotive surfaces. Thick, reinforced non- woven backing is impregnated with tough aluminum oxide abrasive.
Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Surface Conditioning Disc 07485 offers ease of disc centering and is used in conjunction with 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad Assembly 05540. Available from tough grinding to fine finishing. 3 inch diameter. Coarse.

Economical
The cleaning of the cup is not necessary with SATA RPS, thus saving time, cleaning agents and cost. Perfect colour match and perfect paint jobs reduce time and cost intensive rework. And the very few components additionally facilitate the entire work process – simplicity pays.
Adapters
Contrary to other disposable cup systems, SATA RPS does not require any adapter in combination with SATA paint spray guns. Therefore, the spray gun can be easily and reliably cleaned. RPS adapters – For older SATA paint spray guns and spray guns of other manufactures spray gun adapters are available.
Norton Bear-Tex Thin-Flex Scuff Discs are an incredibly flexible, yet strong product. They are perfect for use on contoured surfaces and for getting into tight spaces. They can be used for fine finishing and surface preparation.
