between-color coats; also for deburring, removing sand
scratches, shaping and finishing plastic filler, and featheredging
repaired areas. Special No-Fil coating prevents
premature loading. Can be cut into halves or thirds to fit neatly on jitterbug sanders.
Carworx Clearworx 2.1 VOC is a premium Acrylic Urethane Clear designed for areas that require certain VOC limits. It has excellent gloss retention, leveling and cure properties. Can be air dried or forced dried. Simple 4:1 mix ratio makes this clear easy to use. This clear can be applied over all acrylic and polyester color systems.
MAXIMâ„¢ Fast Urethane Adhesive is a urethane repair material used for non-structural repairs on all plastics, fiberglass and SMC. It is an excellent urethane adhesive for bonding bumper brackets, backing strips, broken SMC/fiberglass pieces and other broken plastic pieces. It is the ideal product when a fast cure time is required (i.e. backside of a two-sided repair.)
Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 200 micron filters, 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 200 micron filters are recommended for traditional solvent based paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 5 1/2 oz when used with generic mix ratio film insert (mix ratio inserts sold separately). Max. capacity of 6 fl oz. For use with part number 16115. Note: mix ratio film inserts are sold separately.
