Restores vehicles to OEM specifications to provide original quiet ride. Self-adhering, sound deadening panels designed to reduce noise levels in cars and trucks. Cuts easily with a razor blade, knife or scissors. Can be heated up to 300 degrees F to conform to any irregular surface. Permanent bonding once affixed. Acts as a waterproof barrier. #116 for doors, trunks and fenders, and #117 is extra strength for floorboards.
Patterned, precise mineral structures give Trizact™ abrasives the combination of fast cut and consistent finish every time. Use P1000 foam blending discs for scuff sanding blend panels prior to painting. Use P1500 clearcoat sanding discs for leveling dust nibs and sanding of mismatched orange peel. The cleaning of the cup is not necessary with SATA RPS, thus saving time, cleaning agents and cost. Perfect colour match and perfect paint jobs reduce time and cost intensive rework. And the very few components additionally facilitate the entire work process – simplicity pays.
Adapters
Contrary to other disposable cup systems, SATA RPS does not require any adapter in combination with SATA paint spray guns. Therefore, the spray gun can be easily and reliably cleaned. RPS adapters – For older SATA paint spray guns and spray guns of other manufactures spray gun adapters are available.
