3M 34440 70mm x 12mm P40 Velcro Cubitron II
Use these 40+ grade sheets for stripping paint to metal, shaping and sanding plastic filler. Built with patented 3M Cubitron™ II precision shaped abrasive grains, these sheet roll abrasives cut faster and last longer than other sandpapers.
These sheet rolls feature our unique kiss-cut scorring technology which enables users to be cleanly and easily converted into multiple sheet-lengths. For maximum dust removal, 3M has added hundreds of small holes which have been purposely arranged in a chevron formation.
The triangular-shaped ceramic grains of Cubitron™ II are electrostatically oriented to form sharp peaks, each acting like an individual cutting tool that slices through paint and body filler, wearing evenly, and providing long life.
Norton BlueFire Body File Sheets come in three different types: Clip-On, PSA and NorGrip. Self-sharpening NorZon grain improves cut rate, minimizes loading, and reduces heat. Tough E-weight latex reinforced paper backing resists tearing. Norton BlueFire is ideal for sanding body filler.
For dry sanding old paint, primer, primer surfacer, and
between-color coats; also for deburring, removing sand
scratches, shaping and finishing plastic filler, and featheredging
repaired areas. Special No-Fil coating prevents
premature loading. Can be cut into halves or thirds to fit neatly on jitterbug sanders.

Kit contains 50 disposable lids with 125 micron filters – full diameter – , 50 disposable liners, and 20 sealing plugs. The 125 micron filters are recommended for water borne paint or primer applications. Graduated measurement to 20.3 oz/600 mL when used with mix ratio film insert (mix ratio inserts sold separately). For use with part number 16001.
