3M 2297 PARTICULATE FILTER 2297, P100
The 3M™ Advanced Particulate Filter 2297 is designed to make breathing easier while lasting longer. NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. 3M recommended for relief against nuisance level organic vapours and for ozone protection up to 10X OSHA PEL.
Use with 3M™ Respirators 5000 Series or 3M™ Cartridge 6000 Series with 3M™ Adapter 502, or 3M™ Half and Full Facepieces 6000, 7000 and FF-400 Series with bayonet filter holders. When properly fitted, use in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half Facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces. Full facepieces must be quantitatively fit tested to claim assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. Also offers nuisance level relief from organic vapours that are below the PEL. Nuisance level refers to concentrations not exceeding OSHA PEL or other applicable government occupational exposure limits, whichever is lower. The filter is both flame and water resistant. Not NIOSH certified for use against ozone. Do not use for respiratory protection against organic vapours or in environments that are Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH).

Restores vehicles to OEM specifications to provide original quiet ride. Self-adhering, sound deadening panels designed to reduce noise levels in cars and trucks. Cuts easily with a razor blade, knife or scissors. Can be heated up to 300 degrees F to conform to any irregular surface. Permanent bonding once affixed. Acts as a waterproof barrier. #116 for doors, trunks and fenders, and #117 is extra strength for floorboards.

For dry sanding old paint, primer, primer surfacer, and
between-color coats; also for deburring, removing sand
scratches, shaping and finishing plastic filler, and featheredging
repaired areas. Special No-Fil coating prevents
premature loading. Can be cut into halves or thirds to fit neatly on jitterbug sanders.
