EVERCOAT 120 Rage Xtreme Body Filler
Rage® Xtreme™ is the world’s first truly pinhole-free premium body filler. This technically-advanced, unique formula is self-leveling for easy spreading, reducing sanding time to remove heavy texture. Easily sands with 80 grit sandpaper, eliminating the need for coarse grits that can cause sand scratch swelling. Contains Evercoat® ZNX-7® which quickly provides superior adhesion to galvanized steel and aluminum much sooner in the repair.
ZNX-7® insures faster and easier sanding without risk of pulling back the featheredge and having to re-apply filler. Formulated to resist penetration of new and more aggressive HAP*-compliant solvents and waterborne coatings, Xtreme™ improves the quality of the finish, reducing the chance for repair mapping, comebacks and redoes. No additional components are necessary. There is no other cup system with the same functions but with three components only!
Economical
The cleaning of the cup is not necessary with SATA RPS, thus saving time, cleaning agents and cost. Perfect colour match and perfect paint jobs reduce time and cost intensive rework. And the very few components additionally facilitate the entire work process – simplicity pays.
Adapters
Contrary to other disposable cup systems, SATA RPS does not require any adapter in combination with SATA paint spray guns. Therefore, the spray gun can be easily and reliably cleaned. RPS adapters – For older SATA paint spray guns and spray guns of other manufactures spray gun adapters are available.
Kit contains 25 disposable lids with 200 micron filters, 25 disposable liners, and 10 sealing plugs. The 200 micron filters are recommended for traditional solvent based paint or primer applications. It is durable yet conformable and is available in a variety of sizes, making it easy to handle for protecting even irregular vehicle surfaces from paint overspray. This paper is specially treated to resist penetration by paint solvents, base coats, clear coats and urethanes, reducing rework caused by bleed-through. It also withstands heat — the masking paper can hold up during a bake cycle up to 400°F (204°C) for 30 minutes, making it suitable for use in paint booths.
